The traditional structure of the air conditioning compressor circuit uses Lpak5 * 6-8L/DFN5 * 6-8L packaging, which results in the need to add a large amount of copper coating on the back during the production process. Some also use 60V multi tube parallel circuits for production design. Causing overcrowding in PCBA, Yongyuan Microelectronics provides comprehensive solutions for the industry. Using TOLLA optimization to solve the problem of Lpak5 * 6 highly dependent on PCBA heat dissipation, improve the current capacity of a single transistor, and solve the defect problem of multi transistor parallel circuits.
